The spare parts design of rubber disc check valve mainly consists of three main parts: valve body, valve cover and rubber disc. The rubber disc in the valve is made of steel plate, steel bar and reinforced nylon cloth as the substrate, and the outer layer is covered with rubber. The service life of the valve disc switch is long. Rubber disc check valve is designed with full flow area. It has the characteristics of small head loss, easy to accumulate debris and easy maintenance. Rubber disc check valves are mainly suitable for water supply and drainage systems installed horizontally. They can be installed at the pump outlet to prevent backflow and water hammer damage to the pump. Rubber disc check valves can also be installed on the bypass pipe of the intake and outlet pipes of the reservoir to prevent the backflow of the pond water to the water supply system. Check valves are generally suitable for cleaning media, not for media containing solid particles and high viscosity. This kind of check valve has a large flow through the water.
