Pneumatic Actuator Overview
The pneumatic actuator is simple and compact in design, unique in style, fully sealed, modular, and internal air circuit, without the need to connect the pipeline to expose and damage. It is extremely convenient to install solenoid valves, signal echoes, valve positioners or other accessories. Designed for safe operation, easy to repair, easy to disassemble and assemble.
1. The outer casing is extruded by aluminum alloy, and the surface is hard anodized to prevent corrosion and wear. Light weight, beautiful appearance, reliable strength and sealing performance.
2. The alcohol acetal shaft gasket and the piston guide ring have a low frictional resistance and can absorb the lateral thrust of the piston.
3. The inner wall of the cylinder is honed to reduce the overall motion friction. At the top and bottom of the output shaft, the acetal bearing is installed to reduce the rotational friction resistance and prolong the service life.
4. The end cap and piston are made of aluminum alloy cast and refined. The output shaft is made of 316 stainless steel.
5. The opening indicator visually displays the position of "on" or "off", which is easy to remove for the wrench to operate.
6. The stroke adjustment screw can mechanically limit the rotation angle of the pneumatic actuator. It adjusts the position of the actuator on or off in the field.

Installation
1, installation place
1.1 Indoor installation precautions
Non-explosion-proof products, so do not install them in indoors with explosive gases.
When installing in a place with water splash, please install a protective cover to protect it.
Please reserve the space required for incoming and manual operation.
1.2 Outdoor Installation Precautions
Please install a protective cover to ensure peace of mind
Note: Outdoor direct sunlight will cause high temperature, accelerate the aging of components, and even fail.
Rainwater will accelerate the aging of the pad and damage the product in an instant if the waterproof operation is not proper.
2, installation environment temperature, fluid temperature conditions
2.1 Ambient temperature:
When the ambient temperature is below zero, a dehumidification heater is installed in the machine;
2.2 Fluid temperature:
When the valve is used, the heat of the fluid will be transferred to the machine body, and the temperature of the machine body will rise. When the fluid temperature is high, the bracket connected to the valve should be specially treated (high temperature bracket must be used)

3, the connection flange with the valve, in accordance with the requirements of ISO5211/1, can ensure that the electric actuator and the valve are correctly connected through the valve stem joint.
Pneumatic valve accessories
Annex 1 Reversing solenoid valve
The electronic control operation for "turning on" or "off" the pneumatic valve acts as a switching air source. The solenoid valve complies with the NAMUR connection standard and can be divided into a mounted type and a separate type. The double-acting pneumatic actuator is equipped with a two-position five-way solenoid valve, and the single-acting two-position three-way solenoid valve can be manually operated. The structure is simple, compact and has a long life. The solenoid valve coil voltage has AC220V or DC24V low power consumption, and the explosion-proof encapsulation Ex m II BT4 and the explosion-proof Ex d II BT4 are optional. The company's solenoid valve is directly mounted on the actuator in a plate type.

Annex 2 Limit switch (also known as echo)
The limit switch box feeds back the pneumatic valve position signal to the control room, directly mounted on the top of the pneumatic actuator, in accordance with VDI/VDE3845, built-in mechanical switch or magnetic induction proximity switch, and optional explosion-proof.

Annex 4 Electrical Positioner
