The rubber sealing ring adopts EPDM, which has good finish and strong flexibility. It enhances the sealing of the valve plate and the valve seat. It has a wide range of use and is easy to replace, which prolongs the service life of the valve seat.

The valve plate is made of SS304 stainless steel, which is a versatile stainless steel material with excellent rust resistance. High temperature resistance is also good, the general use temperature limit is less than 650 °C. 304 stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and good resistance to intergranular corrosion. For oxidizing acids, nitric acid below the boiling temperature of 65%, 304 stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance. It also has good corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions and most organic and inorganic acids. There are also a variety of materials to choose from: QT450 plating, QT450 nylon coating, SS316 stainless steel, SS316L stainless steel, double stainless steel and so on.
